How do I build a price list?

Open a provider group, find the Fee schedule card, and click Manage fee schedule. If the group has none yet, click Set up fee schedule to start one.

There are four ways in, and all four end at the same place: a draft you review and commit.

By hand. Pick an effective date, then add a row per service: the code, then the amount. Fine for a handful of codes.

Generate from Medicare. Pick your region and a percentage of the official Medicare rate. Every generated line is marked estimated, so you review it before it goes live.

Import a spreadsheet. Paste your file and say which column is the code and which is the price. It reads every row, skips the ones that do not fit, and lists those, so nothing is dropped quietly.

Hand the file to the assistant. This one needs no mapping at all. Paste the price list exactly as it came to you and let the assistant work out the columns. It builds the draft and flags any row it could not read, listed for you to check.

Then open the draft, review the flagged rows first, and commit. Committing turns the draft into the live price list, and from that moment it prices every new claim. The history records who or what did the work, including when the assistant built it.
