How is every page laid out?

There is one rule that makes the whole product easy, and it never changes: every page has the same three parts.

  • On the left: navigation. These are the areas of the system. Claims, patients, provider groups, remittances, reports, and so on.
  • In the middle: your work. Whatever you are doing lives here.
  • On the right: your assistant. It rides along on every page, always ready to help.

Left to move around. Middle to work. Right to ask for help. That is the whole layout.

Two areas at the bottom of the navigation are grouped on purpose. Learn holds Training, the video course, and Documentation, which is this wiki. Admin holds Settings and Audit and Costs, and only administrators see it.

Your own account lives under Settings: your email, your role, and the team you work alongside. See How do I invite a teammate, and what do the roles mean?.

Signing in for the first time works from an invitation email with a temporary password. The system asks you to choose your own password on the first visit, and nobody else ever sees it.
